Creative director Simon Fulford is at the heart of a collective of innovative and talented industry professionals, using the latest equipment and software to offer a reliable, dedicated and refreshing approach to conceive, develop and produce effective multimedia.
On location we offer the full compliment of high specification production kit including broadcast standard digital cameras, film grade lenses and filters, Dolby stereo sound recording and professional lighting. Our post production facilities are state of the art with fully integrated non-linear editing studios equipped with powerful industry standard compositing, effects, 3D CGI and graphics software.

Simon Fulford aka Fluff, has over 25 years experience in the television and media industry worldwide; after many years working abroad he returned to Jersey and is the founder and creative director of NEO Limited.
He is a highly qualified professional with a comprehensive and diverse portfolio of titles directing and filming broadcast documentary, news and features, major international corporate productions, commercials and other video and visual production work.
I began work with Channel Island Video Productions based at the Jersey Evening Post, specialising in corporate video, local advertising, marketing and promotion material, interactive information presentations
and then later going on to develop the official ‘Battle of Flowers’ souvenir feature production, and the concept and content for the ‘This is Jersey', 'This is Guernsey’ advertorial programmes, produced and exhibited in association with Islands' tourism departments.
The company was renamed Visual Communications Ltd and I enjoyed three very successful years with them, which included sponsored placements with advertising agencies, film production companies, BBC Drama, and further broadcast training with the
Royal Television Society in the UK; I rose to production manager before leaving to travel when the business was sold
to Channel Television, and became the foundation for 'Creative Channel'.
Abroad, I continued to gain accredited industry qualifications, I worked on contract for many international
news and broadcast organisations, and freelance for production companies on a wide variety of programmes from
telethons and television drama in Australia, to feature films in Europe, to a 3D film production of Julius Caeser for
I returned permanently to the UK in the mid nineties working in broadcast documentary and features, first in
camera-work and editing, then directing. I enjoyed extended periods as creative director for HTV Enterprises and
later, head of production for Merlin Television.
I have also worked as a consultant for a number of other media agencies, and was contracted for ten years as a trainer in
international broadcast journalism, for the Thomson Foundation, at the University of Wales.

In addition to developing NEO, I have given time and assistance for the media needs of projects for charitable organisations such as Oxfam and Jersey Hospice, and
helped to stage and publicise disaster relief fund-raisers with Yaluwa and Asylum, I have also provided logistics and promotion services for Branchage
Film Festival and continue to support local bands, musicians, film makers and media students.
